Products, Materials & Sustainability
We work primarily with natural luxury fibres chosen for comfort, longevity and hand feel, including:
- Cashmere
- Merino wool
- Long-staple and Supima cotton
- Organic and recycled cotton
- Lyocell and other thoughtfully selected fibres
Some styles include a small percentage of elastane or other synthetics to improve comfort, movement and fit.
We collaborate with specialist mills and factories with deep expertise in premium textiles and fine-gauge knitwear:
- Woven styles such as shirts, denim, trousers and satin pieces are crafted in Portugal by a skilled, family-run factory.
- Knitwear is produced in Shanghai by a dedicated partner specialising in merino and cashmere, located close to key yarn regions and focused on precise tension and finishing.
Our approach is rooted in slow fashion and responsible sourcing. We work with certified suppliers, including mulesing-free, certified wool and carefully sourced cashmere, as well as organic and recycled cotton where possible. On selected pieces, you’ll find QR codes that allow you to trace the yarn back to its origin.
You can read more about this on our Our Approach | Suppliers | Materials page.
We don’t claim perfection, but we are committed to doing better season by season. Our focus is on:
- Long-lasting design and quality
- Natural, carefully chosen materials
- Ethical production and good working conditions
- A slow-fashion model with curated collections and a direct-to-consumer set-up
We believe the most sustainable wardrobe is one you wear often and for many years.
Sizing, Fit & Care
On each product page, you’ll find a size guide and fit information, including what size the model is wearing and key measurements for the garment. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to contact us via Contact Us for personalised sizing advice.
Each product description includes fit notes such as “true to size”, “slightly oversized” or “designed for a close fit”. We design many of our pieces to be relaxed but refined – easy to style up or down.
Always refer to the care label on your garment, but in general we recommend:
- Gentle hand wash or a delicate wool cycle (if your machine has one)
- Use a wool-friendly detergent
- Dry flat and reshape while damp
- Avoid hanging heavy knits, as this may cause stretching
Proper care helps your knitwear keep its shape and softness over time.
Most of our styles are machine washable. Check the care label and follow the instructions (for example, mild detergent, similar colours, turning garments inside out). On product pages, you’ll also find care details under “Materials & Care”.
