Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information

For those who reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may allow you to reject the "sale" of your private details by us to external parties, as defined under the CCPA guidelines. We detail the scenarios in which we might share your private data with external parties, separate from CYME Copenhagen and its associates (together referred to as “CYME”), in our Privacy Policy.

Request to Halt the “Sale” of Your Personal Information If you live in California and wish to halt the “sale” of your private details by us to external parties, you can visit the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link located at the bottom of the CYME Copenhagen website. This allows you to reject the sale of your private data related to your browser or device, such as cookies and device identifiers. If you want to opt out of the “sale” of your private data tied to your email address (like when you sign up for an account, newsletters, or marketing subscriptions), you can submit your request. Additionally, we provide details about other methods to opt out of interest-based ads and choices related to your browser or device.

Opting Out of Interest-based Ads Aside from rejecting device- and cookie-based “sales” of private data through the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the footer (website) or settings menu (app) of the CYME Copenhagen website, you can also refuse receipt of interest-based ads on desktop and mobile websites from various industry groups by visiting the following sites:

US Advertising Alliance: https://www.aboutads.info/choices/

Canada Advertising Alliance: https://youradchoices.ca/en/tools

EU Advertising Alliance: https://www.youronlinechoices.com/

Network Advertising Initiative: https://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1

You can also refuse interest-based ads from some service providers we use, like Google, at https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Moreover, the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Ad Choices tool offers a centralized location to refuse the sale of private data by any or all DAA participating companies that gather your private data across multiple digital properties (including CYME Copenhagen Services, as defined in our Privacy Policy). CYME Copenhagen is a participant in the DAA program, but it does not manage the activities of other DAA participants nor can confirm or enforce their adherence to DAA standards. Learn more about the DAA and its CCPA Opt-Out Tool at https://www.privacyrights.info/.

Additional Options About Private Information Related to Your Browser or Device Most mobile devices provide control over interest-based ads through the device's settings. Options can include resetting your device’s advertising ID or choosing “Ask App Not to Track” (for iOS devices) or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” (for Android devices) in your device settings.

Ad choices settings and options will vary depending on your browser and device settings, and this is not an exhaustive list. It's important to note that your opt-out choices will only apply to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. We suggest investigating your device and browser settings to better comprehend your choices.

Your devices may also use an advertising ID or other methods to identify you or serve you interest-based advertising. In some cases, you can disable tracking by selecting options like “limit ad tracking” or disabling options like “interest-based advertising” in your connected device’s settings. These options will vary by device and we do not control the policies or practices of third parties providing these devices. CYME Copenhagen may not have visibility on choices you may have made with respect to tracking on connected devices or our business partners' services. For information on how to control your choices on those devices, you should contact those third parties directly to learn more about their privacy practices and any data they may collect, share, or sell to third parties.
